International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP)

Early Years Program (1 to 3)

Procedure:

  • Interaction with the school admission office.
  • To proceed for registration. The registration form will be available on payment of the registration fees (Rs 15,000 INR). Registration form to be duly filled and submitted to the school office with all relevant documents. Incomplete documents will result in the form not being accepted
  • Aptitude test will be conducted on the date mentioned at the time of submission of Registration form.
  • Admission to be confirmed within the stipulated period. The school has the authority to grant the seat to someone else in case of non-communication.
  • Admission Fee (non-refundable) + Security Deposit (refundable) + 1st instalment to be paid to confirm admission.
  • Admission will be confirmed only on completion of the above procedure.
  • Interaction with the Principal.

  • Admission Fee (non refundable) + Security Deposit (refundable) + 1st installment to be paid to confirm admission.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (Grade XI - XII)

Admissions for Inclusive Education Department (IED)

Applicants with Specific Needs: (Refer to SEN Policy for details)

  • Students with specific learning difficulties will be given admission after a thorough observation by the Pastoral Care team and detailed study of medical documents and other reports provided by the parent at the time of initial observation.
  • This may include Individualized Education Plan, Psychological reports, Speech and Language reports, etc.
  • Confirmation of admission of a student seeking special provisions is at the discretion of the Director.

Age Criteria:

Pastoral Care 3-14

Fees:

Students in Integrated setup pay the fees as per the respective programs/ grades.

Procedure:

  • Schedule an appointment to meet the Pastoral Care Coordinator.
  • Payment of Registration fees.
  • Fill in the Online Application Form.
  • Submission of required documents.
  • Identification of Developmental Milestones, observation of the student and interaction with the IED
  • Report sent to the parent via e- mail within 7 working days.
  • Meeting of parents scheduled with the Director along with the program coordinator.
  • Admission confirmed through e- mail subject to / not to certain conditions.
  • Payment of fees within 15 working days.

Other Applicable Charges

Text Books

An additional charge for textbooks is incurred besides the school fees, as and when applicable for all grades. Text Book fees is charged and may vary as per the choice of subjects for higher grades.

Exam Fees

It is mandatory for students in Grade 8 to appear for the checkpoint exams and Grade 10 to appear for the IGCSE exams conducted by the University of Cambridge. The fees paid towards ‘Examination Fees’ are transferred to the University of Cambridge. Also, it is mandatory for students in Grade 12 to appear for the IBDP exams conducted by International Baccalaureate and the fees paid towards ‘Examination Fees’ are transferred to the International Baccalaureate.

An additional cost will be applicable and may vary every year.

Reprography, Courier and Administration Charges are to be paid along with the Examination Fees and may vary from time to time.

On non-payment of Exam Fees, the students will not be eligible to appear for their Checkpoint, IGCSE, and IB Diploma Exam.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable. In case of a waiting list, the school does not commit of a confirmed admission.
  • Admissions for the new academic year for Nursery, open in the first week of January each year.
  • Admissions for the new academic year for Grade 11 open in the first week of April each year
  • Admissions to other classes depend on vacancies available.
  • Admission fee is to be paid in full at the time of admission and is non-refundable.
  • Security deposit is also payable at the time of admission and is refundable on withdrawal of admission.
  • School fee is charged for 12 months of the year.
  • Kindergarten fees can be paid in two instalments (Jan / Sept)
  • Grade 1 to 12 fees can be paid in two equal instalments (May / Dec )
  • In case instalments are not paid on time, a fine of Rs. 100 per day is charged. The school office sends circulars from time to time in this regard. The fee schedule is clearly mentioned in the school diary.
